It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your online course purchase which is why we offer a full refund as a store credit, or exchange your purchased online product with a different online product with less than or equal to the original purchased price when applicable within 30 days of receiving your order or online delivery.

Please note the following exceptions to our refund and exchange policy:

  • To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To be eligible, if you’re not completely satisfied with the purchased product.
  • To be eligible, the product must be faulty or damaged due to our error.
  • We do not accept refunds if you change your mind.
  • If an item is discounted, it cannot be refunded.
